Target 3 Ensure that, by 2015, children everywhere, boys and girls alike, will be able to complete a full course of primary schooling.
Over 115 million young people do not go to school and over 133 million youths do not know how to read or write. Often children are enrolled into school, but are forced to leave. Without an education, these people have little hope of getting a job.
